Brioche Avocado Dough Loaf
Less calories, just as a soft, nearly no cholesterol

Inspired by Claire Saffitz's all purpose brioche dough, this recipe cuts the butter calories by nearly a quarter!
Ingredients:

- 1/2 tsp (1.5g) active dry yeast
- 2 cups (260g) all purpose flour
- 1/8 cup (25g) sugar
- 1 tsp (3g) salt
- 3 Large eggs (at room temp)
- 113g whipped avocado (food processor)
- 1 beaten egg or heavy cream for brushing top
- 8"x4.5" baking pan
