Blueberry Avocado Cake
As moist as it is easy and delicious\!

On our journey to eat better, we present a delicious blueberry cake that has very little cholesterol and a surprise ingredient. This low-cholesterol but super tasty cake is soft, moist, and full of flavor!
Ingredients:

- 204g All-Purpose Flour
- 1tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4tsp Baking Soda
- 113g Whipped Avocado
- 100ml Agave syrup (probably don't want use this)
- 1/2tsp Fine Sea Salt
- 2tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Large Egg (room temp)
- 60ml Buttermilk
